Tsinghua Workshop in International Finance 2019

June 11 - 12, 2019
Tsinghua University, Beijing

Keynote Speakers:

Giancarlo Corsetti and Enrique Mendoza

The annual Tsinghua Workshop in International Finance (TWIF) will be held on June 11-12, 2019 in Beijing, which is jointly sponsored and organized by Tsinghua SEM-AXA Funding Scheme, and the National Institute for Fiscal Studies at Tsinghua University. The keynote speakers for this year's workshop are Giancarlo Corsetti (Cambridge) and Enrique Mendoza (University of Pennsylvania).

We welcome papers in all areas of macroeconomics but with preference to works in international finance. The final topics, however, will be determined ultimately by the interests of the participants. The conference is composed of a regular academic session and followed by a half-day policy session where policy makers from central banks in China and the U.S. as well as other regions discuss and present their views on pertinent issues related to the global economy and monetary policy. If you are interested in presenting at the conference, please submit your paper at:

The deadline for submission is Friday, Febuary 15, 2019. A limited budget is available for supporting local accommodation for presenters.
